Live Sale – How it works ✨
Yay! 🎉 So glad you were there and claimed something beautiful!
All claimed items are placed in a personal box linked to your webshop account . This way, all orders remain neatly and privately visible to each customer.
Your box will be in your personal account no later than 12:00 noon the next day .
Log in with your email address and password , and you'll find your box under "Live Sale ." You can also simply type your name in the search bar to quickly find your box.
New to our webshop? First, create an account in our webshop .
After the live, you can send us your email address so we can link your box to your account.
Pay
Want your items delivered right away? Pay for your box and your order will be shipped the next shipping day.
You can also choose to keep an Open Box . This way, your box will remain open so you can continue saving for future sales.
Once you have finished shopping, you can indicate that you want your box to be shipped.

New customers must pay for their box within 24 hours.

Regular customers have a payment term of 14 days.
If you, as a new customer, do not respond within 24 hours, or if a box is not paid within the payment term of 14 days, the claimed products will be returned to stock .

Our regular shipping days are Monday and Friday .
